• The download links are only valid for 7 days (within which you have 5 download attempts, you did not purchase 5 copies of the item).

• We do not issue refunds. Due to the product being virtual once you have downloaded the item we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstance. 

• We do not reactivate links. It is your responisibility to back-up files incase of computer crashes or replacing computers/systems. Please do not cause embarrasment for asking ... we liken it to asking Barnes and Nobles for replacement books if you were to move house but couldn't take the books with you.
